​After nearly a decade, it’s time to close this chapter.

 

Frigid officially closed as of June 1. This decision wasn't easy, but it comes from a place of clarity and trust in what's next for me. I gave my all to the brand my family and I created, and I’m proud of everything it stood for. Even more than that, I’m grateful for how it helped me grow into who I am today.

 

I’m taking a step back to process all I’ve experienced and learned. I have ideas for how I want to return to the wellness space in a way that feels true to me. I'm excited for what the future brings my way!

Thank you to every person who ever stepped through our doors. Your trust, support, and presence meant more than you know. Through all the phases of this journey, I’ve met some truly incredible people ... many I now consider forever friends. I’m closing this chapter with deep gratitude and a full heart.
